Pros

I used a sample of this product. It's much lighter than the previously mentioned Scalp Night Serum, which made it pleasant to use. However, the 4ml sample was too small to really gauge its effectiveness. It's not sticky or greasy, and it didn't cause any blemishes on my scalp, so I'm considering giving it a try. If I get another sample, I'd like to use it more before making a final judgment. Unlike Aveda products, this one has an oil layer, which seems to make it separate more quickly. Still, it's much better than the Scalp Night Serum that caused scalp acne.

Cons

L'Occitane's shake-before-use products with oil layers don't seem to agree with me at all (like their Tri-Phase products).

I've been trying various scalp serums lately, and this one stands out as the gentlest and most hydrating, absorbing well into my scalp. I love it! It provides moisture to the scalp while controlling excess sebum, making it feel like I'm losing less hair. The subtle, natural fragrance is delightful and uplifting, not artificial at all. If you're looking for a scalp serum, I highly recommend this one!

Cons

I'm not a big fan of products with separate layers. While it looks pretty, having to shake it every time before use is a bit of a hassle for a lazy person like me.
