  Here is the review after one month of use: Product and Texture - When first opening, you need to twist and remove the large lid, then remove the plastic seal. I didn't know this and tried to just remove the plastic seal, which was quite a hassle. There is a spatula included, but there's nowhere to really store it, and the texture is slightly firm like a lip balm, so I've just been using my clean fingers to scoop and apply it.   This was my first time trying the cleansing balm and I'm so incredibly satisfied with it! First of all, it was able to cleanse gently, and it was very effective on blackheads! The cleansing oil I used before left an oily feeling before the second cleanse, but this one, unlike the cleansing oil, had no residue and had a refreshing finish.
