Fragrance: The scent reminds me of getting my hair washed at a salon! I personally love that aroma, so I'm extremely satisfied. The salon-like fragrance even makes my hair feel softer somehow!

Texture: It has a pump dispenser and a consistency similar to store-bought conditioners or treatments. However, the softness it imparts to my hair is on another level. I have an oily scalp, and in summer my hair gets greasy quickly, so I don't usually use scalp treatments. My hair reaches below my chest, with dry ends. Since my scalp is oily, I put a lot of effort into choosing the right shampoo and treatment.

I use about 4-5 different treatments, including ones for extremely damaged hair, treatments to straighten my slightly curly hair, and a scalp-and-hair treatment for root volume. I use these according to my hair's condition.

Particularly, the scalp-and-hair treatment I use is more like a summer treatment that gives a cooling sensation to the scalp. I've stopped using it as the weather got colder. I was worried that just shampooing might leave my scalp dry or smelly, and that's when I tried the Mushroom Treatment!

1. Great fragrance
It has a universally appealing musk and floral scent that I find pleasant and versatile. Often, when a treatment's scent is very different from the shampoo, it can feel like a clash, but this one blends well with everything. As someone who uses a lot of perfume and is sensitive to scents, I really appreciated this aspect.

2. Good for both scalp and hair
The main reason I stopped using scalp treatments was that as the weather cooled, my scalp became less oily and didn't need them as much. Also, compared to treatments for extremely damaged hair, scalp treatments often don't care for the ends as well, so I used them less. This product, however, takes care of the scalp adequately while also making the hair ends strong and resilient, which I found very satisfying. I think it's right in the middle between a scalp treatment and an intensive repair treatment! It's amazing how it can provide both moderate scalp care and hair care simultaneously. Usually, products tend to focus on one or the other. For me with long hair, using separate products was fine (though a bit of a hassle), but for those with shorter hair who find intensive repair treatments too heavy for their scalp, this product is great because it can be used anywhere comfortably.

3. Works well for damaged hair
Usually, treatments for extremely damaged hair can feel very slippery, but this product makes the hair feel soft yet strong and revitalized. It's the most versatile treatment that I find myself reaching for often when I'm unsure which one to use.
