  Pros

  Highly recommended for average guys. Women typically have a variety of skincare products, so mild blackheads might not come out easily. But for men with oily skin who only use cleansing foam and emulsion, this works wonders. When applied and then wiped with a cotton swab, it's deeply satisfying. It's not irritating, and the thin cotton pads sold with it adhere well to the skin. They'd be great for toner pack routines if sold separately.

  Didn't see any noticeable effects. It just slightly smooths out the skin texture on the nose, nothing more.

  When excess sebum builds up, I used to get particularly concerned about my pores. In the past, I would squeeze them, but now I prefer this dissolving method as it seems less irritating. I really like that I can generously adjust the amount I use.

  Pros

  I've tried pore softeners from various brands, and Jumi So's Blackhead Melting Softener lives up to its name by gently caring for sebum without being harsh. However, I didn't feel it was exceptionally effective at removing blackheads. Other brands' pore softeners might have a stronger sensation but definitely eliminate sebum. If you prefer a milder approach to skincare, this product could be a good fit.

  Since I was looking for a product that powerfully dissolves sebum, this one didn't quite meet my needs.
