Sigh... please change the pads back to how they were... Everyone, even though this has a good cooling effect, I still recommend trying something else...

I would have given it 5 stars originally, but after the renewal, the pads have changed. They're truly awful. It's not a cotton material, so it doesn't adhere well to the skin and doesn't tear easily, making it super inconvenient to apply on the nose or chin. I'm using it up because I don't want to waste money, but if the pads don't change back, I'll switch to something else.

First off, its soothing (cooling) effect is really great. I had settled on the pre-renewal version of this product, so I bought this thinking the renewed version would be even better.

I recommend using these after cleansing by leaving them on the skin for 2-3 minutes, then wiping off to remove impurities and dead skin cells.
