I love that it's transparent, so it doesn't interfere with any lip color I apply. It's super moisturizing and the plumping effect is definitely noticeable. The price isn't bad either. Out of all the plumper products I've tried, this one's my favorite!

I'm so pleased with the hydrating power and plump, dewy finish that I don't have any complaints.

As someone with extremely dry lips that need intense moisture year-round, especially in fall and winter, I have very dry to severely dry lips that require a rich lip balm. 

The texture & application:
This is a clear lip plumper with a noticeable hydrating effect. When applied to the lips, it feels like a moisturizing gel that's soft, hydrating, and has a nice bounce to it.

Adherence:
It adheres well to the lips. Even after applying a thin layer and drinking from a mug or glass, it leaves minimal residue on the cup.

Hydration:
Even a thin application provides long-lasting moisture, so you don't need to reapply frequently. When applied before putting on a mask, my lips still feel hydrated 4-5 hours later at lunchtime. I'm very satisfied with how it creates smooth, moisturized lips without any dead skin cells.

Shine:
Rather than a greasy, oily shine, it gives a hydrated, juicy lip look or a glazed fruit-like glow, making it great as a topcoat over tints or lipsticks.

Usage tip:
Apply a thin layer first, then follow up with a second layer after some time for even better hydration and a dewy glow.

The irritation is extremely intense, and if you apply it to the inner part of your lips, even your tongue feels painful. Despite the strong sensation, there's hardly any plumping effect.
