Pros
Definitely, the matte side is recommended only for summer for dry skin. However, it has good adhesion, so there's no worrying about peeling off as much as when using a glow cushion. It has good longevity, and it gives a nice blurred effect on the skin. And the magnetic opening is also very convenient.
Cons
