Hydration When applying only the serum part, it feels moisturizing, but without a protective barrier, the hydration can quickly evaporate. So it's best to apply serum first, then the cream part! You can mix it in 3:7 or 4:6 ratios depending on your skin condition, but I felt that applying them separately maintained hydration longer. 2.
