The person had severe dandruff and was stressed, so they tried all sorts of things. But in the end, they settled on this product and saw a really significant effect on their dandruff. They don't think their scalp is particularly sensitive or dry/oily. Another advantage is that it lathers well.
Cons
The product has a cooling sensation, but it does not provide effective cooling. I wish there was more of a cooling effect. This line needs to be used with other products for the cooling to function properly.
Tip
It feels good to use Rabo H2O Waterscaling together.

I used to use the famous Labo H gel shampoo (white + green) before, and it was all good, but I was worried because it didn't get rid of the dandruff. One day, I saw this and immediately bought and used it, and the dandruff disappeared in just a few days. If you're looking for a shampoo that gets rid of dandruff, this one is really good.
Cons
Admittedly, since it is a dandruff-specialized shampoo, it does not really make the hair smooth or anything like that. However, I did not feel that was a major drawback, as that can be addressed with a conditioner.
