Transfer? Just lightly tapping with the fingers or brushing against clothes doesn't cause any transfer. However, if you really dig into it or rub it vigorously, you may see a slight white cast.

Longevity? Dry skin tends to develop more wrinkles ㅠㅠ Oil can be controlled, but dry skin lacks moisture after makeup...
As a dry-skinned person, I do my base makeup thoroughly.
So if oil comes through after makeup, the makeup breaks down and I can't avoid the T-zone shine... I use the finishing powder after makeup. And as oil comes through over time, I touch up with the finishing powder.
In that sense, longevity is extremely important to me.
It not only controls the shine, but also eliminates the need for separate touch-ups, which is very convenient.
The longevity seems to be around 3-4 hours (individual differences depending on the environment and skin type ❗️). So if I apply it once right after makeup, no further touch-ups seem needed for a few hours, with just a slight shine. And if I apply it once right after makeup and then one more time a few hours later, there's no further need for touch-ups and no shine at all!!
If I don't apply the finishing powder right after makeup and only do so during touch-ups, it doesn't control the shine as effectively. So if I don't apply it right away, I'll need to reapply it twice as much a few hours later.

Effect? As the name "finishing powder" suggests, it does a great job of controlling shine in the final step of makeup, fulfilling its role well!
No need for separate touch-ups. No clogged pores or dryness either, which is great!It has a similar soft, powdery feel to applying baby powder, making you look like a cute baby!

Overall evaluation and conclusion? I'm currently using the MAC fix powder, as shown in the photo. MAC doesn't have any powder fallout, but the Tiptop Translucent Set Finishing Powder is almost as effective.
There's hardly any difference in terms of longevity or breakdown. It's an amazing product, highly recommended! 🫶

After doing a daily pack with a [moisture pad], dry it well and apply powder for a soft and supple finish! The longevity also lasts a long time~!!

Spraying [fixing mist] before and after makeup makes it last longer?! I find the fixing mist particles a bit large, so I spray it onto the built-in puff and dab it on~!

However, if you don't do [basic skincare], there is a slightly floating feeling. 
But basic skincare is essential before makeup! It doesn't seem to be a downside either. I've tried it while testing!

The [case] is a little bit inconvenient!
It would be great if the powder could be used with a one-touch or single-handed operation, but having to twist open, remove the inner lid, and do that process is disappointing when doing touch-ups makeup outside.. It works fine at the vanity!

The advantage of this powder is that it has fine particles that apply smoothly without clumping! I'm someone who is concerned about my pores, and with this powder, I can adjust the amount to get a slightly blurred effect. That would be an indication that it controls oil well.
I usually reduce the oil on the sides of my nose, brow bones, and the perimeter of my face. It makes my face look a bit smaller too.
As someone with a neutral 17-21 skin tone, my skin tends to look a bit pale, and I was concerned that it would look too yellow to my eyes. So I would usually apply blush and then use the remaining product to lightly sweep across my chin, nose tip, and forehead to give a more radiant look. But the downside is that if I don't get the amount right, I just end up looking flushed.
But this powder has a pinkish tone, so the color adjustment is already built-in! I don't even need to be super precise with the application to get that nice pink glow.
This powder is also talc-free, which is a harmful ingredient often found in powder products. I saw a video by Director Pai talking about the issues with talc, so I've been avoiding powders with talc, and this Tip-it powder is talc-free.

Appropriate amount will make it look nice!

The design is pretty, but the structure is a bit difficult to use.. If not handled properly, it can spill an enormous amount of powder..

The powder was lighter and nicer than expected! When applied, it has a subtle pink glow, so I would recommend it for cool-toned individuals.

Apply the powder lightly in the mid-to-late stages of your makeup routine, and then use it again more heavily after completing your entire makeup, including hair. This will help control oil in the mid-to-late stages, and provide a perfect finishing touch at the very end. 
You'll likely find that the powder sets more firmly while also imparting a subtle glow, giving you a truly polished makeup look. I thought this was a great way to experience the benefits of this powder, so I recommend trying this method if you decide to use it!

If I had to point out the drawbacks, the first would definitely be the fragrance - the fragrance, no doubt! And the next thing I would mention is the packaging.
As soon as I opened it, the fragrance hit me strongly, and I immediately felt that this fragrance would be quite divisive, with people either loving it or hating it. The fragrance is quite intense, so I wanted to address that first, and personally, out of all the powder products I've used, this one had the strongest fragrance... This is why I had to deduct a star. Does the powder really need to have such an intense fragrance? Do we really need that? I haven't been able to find a satisfactory reason for it yet.
As for the packaging, the double-locking mechanism is certainly hygienic, but I felt it significantly reduced the portability of this product. At least for me, after using this product for my makeup, I didn't feel inclined to just leave it out and take it with me. Of course, the long-lasting power is great, but!! Just in case, being the type who likes to carry around a powder with me, this was a bit disappointing, so I wanted to mention it as well.

I particularly liked the fact that it is very fluffy and does not require much correction. When I first applied the makeup, this powder seemed to absorb the oil better than other powders, making the makeup last longer. I think this is the most impressive feature of this powder!
The color has a very cool pink tone. The powder is very fine, so it tends to have some fallout. The floral scent is really soft and fluffy, and it also provides a subtle brightening effect. Unlike some powders that can make the skin look chalky, this one blends in seamlessly and brightens the complexion. It gives a sense of a perfect finish. The fragrance further enhances this feeling.
One unique aspect is the double-lock packaging. To use the powder, you need to open it in two steps: first, twist the container, and then open the 'open' part with your finger holding the puff. Since I'm used to just opening the powder and tapping it, I thought this two-step process was very hygienic, as it allows you to store the puff and powder separately.
The longevity is about 10 hours. Even on a rainy, windy day, I noticed less oiliness when I came indoors. I didn't need to touch up at all. There was a slight sheen, but it looked natural. Gently sweeping my skin, I could still feel the powdery texture. So I think the longevity is quite good, as it maintained well even in unfavorable conditions.There were also no troubles at all. The fragrance is quite strong, so I was a bit skeptical about whether it would cause any troubles, but I used it without any issues whatsoever!

The worst part was the packaging!
The packaging is too inconvenient...
To apply the powder, you have to open the lid and then open another lid, but every time you open it, the powder flies everywhere.. The same goes for closing it, the powder flies around..
The packaging is so inconvenient that it feels a bit out of reach.

The best part was that the particles were extremely fine and lightweight, making it easy to apply. And when applied to the face, it gives a radiant and glowing look. I'm not a big fan of strong scents, but the light rose fragrance was quite pleasant.

I felt that using a brush was better than using a puff!
Even when using a puff, lightly tapping it on once made the application go on thinly.

There seems to be a lot of powder dust. It's probably inevitable since the powder is finely ground, but...
If you dislike the heavy powder dust, you may want to consider it!

First, the powder is very fine and applies evenly and thinly without clumping in one area! I used a brush instead of the built-in puff to apply it.

The pink tone made my skin look brighter and more radiant compared to when I used the existing white (transparent) powder! It seems to have a slight brightening effect. So even when the cushion started to darken, it still looked somewhat brightening!

And I didn't experience any itchiness or breakouts when using this product! The fragrance was also pleasant.

The matte finish makes it suitable for those with oily skin.

I tend to use it only on the center of the face. After all, I usually contour the outer areas, and on days when I don't do that, applying this powder makes the outer areas look a bit brighter as well.

The powder is so finely milled that it flies everywhere as soon as the lid is opened, which is a real mess... And even when used carefully, a ton of powder still ends up flying around. 
Personally, I don't recommend the puff. It's soft and fluffy, which is nice, but because the powder particles are so fine, it's much better to use a brush for application and control.

When using the built-in puff, gently tap it on your wrist or other areas to adjust the amount, then use it. If the amount is well-adjusted, the puff is great for covering wider areas like the forehead and cheeks.

Using a brush is recommended for a more sheer application. Especially for areas that tend to cake up, like the sides of the nose or laugh lines, using a brush can provide a thinner coverage that lasts longer.
