ProsThe formula combines a tint and lip gloss, applying as lightly as a thin tint while offering the shine of a gloss. It's not heavily pigmented, which is great for those who dislike the darkening effect when reapplying other glossy tints. The color doesn't build up or darken with multiple layers.
While it's not long-lasting, it doesn't disappear instantly either. The 'Mauve Ball' shade has less purple undertones than expected and feels slightly warm. On my lips, it left a slightly warm-toned stain. This shade would appeal to those who like a lukewarm feel and have a deep undertone.
ConsThe case is quite heavy, which makes me a bit nervous about dropping it, but it's so pretty that I can overlook this flaw!
TipI found that applying one layer, letting it stain a bit, and then adding another layer actually improved its staying power more than I expected.
