It's the epitome of refreshing and invigorating! After working out, when I'm feeling hot, I spray this on my scalp after washing and it's so cooling. It's especially fantastic in summer. I have an oily scalp that produces a lot of sebum, but since using this, it's noticeably less greasy. It's become my go-to product all year round. The container is also the perfect size to carry around. They sell refills separately, which is great for both the wallet and the environment! The scent is undeniably tea tree, which might be a hit or miss depending on your preference. Besides the crown area, spraying it on the back of your head makes it incredibly cooling and refreshing. It's also great to alternate with other product lines. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 21, 2024
I heard that using this with an oily scalp shampoo helps replenish moisture to the scalp after removing excess oil, so I decided to give it a try! After using it myself, I can say it works amazingly well with my oily scalp shampoo! It definitely hydrates my scalp, keeping my hair from getting greasy even until the evening. When you spray it on your scalp, it creates a cooling sensation that's perfect for summer use! With consistent application, you'll even notice baby hairs growing (see the second photo!). I'm absolutely thrilled with this product! If you don't dry your hair immediately after applying the tonic, it can harden on the scalp and form white flakes that look like dandruff... I'm not sure if my scalp just doesn't absorb the tonic well, but if anyone else experiences this, please check out the tip below! Using this method, I was able to prevent those dandruff-like clumps from forming after using the tonic! When I first started using this, I noticed small clumps forming on my scalp that looked like dandruff, which I don't usually get. I wasn't sure if it was because of the oily scalp shampoo or the hair tonic (I had changed both products at the same time!). It seems that if you don't dry your hair right after applying the tonic, it hardens on the scalp and forms what looks like dead skin cells... I usually focus on applying it to my bangs area, but if I start drying from the ends of my hair instead of the front, the tonic hardens in that short time. So, I recommend using a hair dryer immediately after applying the tonic to ensure it's fully absorbed into the scalp.
