Rubbing it in can irritate the skin and cause clumping, so I recommend using your fingertips to gently pat very small amounts onto the skin.
For easier application of thin layers, first use a toner, then apply this product while the skin is still damp.

Compared to other creams, this one has a richer consistency, so you can use it without worrying about excess product. However, its texture feels quite rich, so I recommend those with oily skin try a sample before purchasing.

- To me, the scent is reminiscent of a natural, papery glue stick aroma. I really enjoy the fragrance!

My skin was so flaky and dry in winter, I thought I needed a balm and bought this with high hopes. Sadly, it didn't work for me at all. Usually, I can use just about anything without issues, and I even have several Dr.G products I use regularly. But this one really didn't agree with my skin. The photo I've attached was taken in the car on the way to the dermatologist the morning after using it. I only applied a tiny amount, but I had an allergic reaction much worse than what you see in the picture. That was after icing it constantly! Thankfully, after getting medication and ointment from the dermatologist, it started to improve within a couple of days.

I bought this after seeing one of my favorite influencers use it, and tried it with my mom. For her, it was just rich and moisturizing, but unfortunately, it caused a severe skin reaction for me.

The sticky feel may be uncomfortable if you dislike it.

In the winter, my skin gets dry and taut, but whenever I apply it, it feels a bit sticky at first, but it gets absorbed quickly and leaves my skin moisturized. It's great for dry skin.

During the summer, it may feel a bit heavy to use.

This is a rich and creamy multi-balm. I have dry and sensitive skin, so I apply it generously on my face and let it absorb. It has a softer feel compared to Vaseline.
I just apply it all over wherever I need it.

However, after using this, I experienced a lot of blemishes. I thought it was just me, so I had my mom (who has very dry skin) try it too, but she said it made her face itchy. There must be some ingredient that doesn't agree with us. As a result, this product ended up being tucked away unused. I think those with oily skin might want to avoid this one.

I bought this Dr.G Soothing Cream because I loved it so much before. True to its name, it's a product that really recharges your skin's hydration. I liked how it's rich but still spreads smoothly! I found it works even better if you warm it up in your hands before applying.
