  As a cool-toned person who is 100% cool-toned (and shouldn't even use cool-toned yellow), I personally find that the color tends to come out a bit dull on me. For people with a similar skin tone, it's best to apply it thinly to achieve a more muted and subtle tone.

  I bought it because I heard the colors had become more diverse with the renewal, but the color is so pretty! It applies thinly and lightly. I haven't used it alone, only as a point lip, but it's just a cool-toned lip.

  The main advantage seems to be that it applies much thinner than before the renewal. It's also much easier to control the application. I bought it for a pop of color, and it's so pretty. I love tints that have great color payoff, and this one has amazing color payoff.
