During winter evenings, even after applying ampoules and slathering on a thick layer of Physiogel cream, I still had that dehydrated dryness that just wouldn't go away. This product, however, was incredibly hydrating, smooth, and absorbed well. It felt like it created a plump, dewy barrier on my skin, similar to the effect you get after removing a collagen mask.

For those with dry skin, it might be a bit too light for winter use. Also, the jar packaging can be a bit inconvenient. The sample came in a tube which was great - I wish the full-size product came in a tube too!

While the beads might be effective, hmm... they don't break down easily when applying, so they either just sit on my face or roll around in my hand. Also, I'm not particularly sensitive-skinned, and I've rarely experienced stinging or burning sensations from products (except for things like peeling solutions). However, this product doesn't seem to agree with me as my face feels a bit hot and tingly, so I stopped using it after a week. Those with super sensitive skin might want to think twice about this one.

The product isn't too thick, yet it looks refreshing without being overly light, which I really liked. It applies smoothly, and in this dry weather, it provides just the right amount of hydration when I put it on. Personally, I was drawn to the attractive packaging. The collagen beads? You can actually see and feel them, which gives me the impression that they'll be great for absorption when they dissolve. Looking at the cropped photo, I think my pores might have improved a bit too? I'll let you be the judge of that...
