While I didn't have any particular issues, I would not recommend this product to those who are very sensitive, those whose skin does not agree with cleansing toners, or those seeking a toner pad that provides abundant moisture and hydration.
This pad is not overly irritating (I also have sensitive skin), but since it contains exfoliating ingredients and is a cleansing toner pad, it may still cause some irritation for those with very sensitive skin.
This pad does not provide an extraordinary amount of moisture, but rather offers a clean, refined finish. It can provide a moderate amount of hydration, but does not offer an exceptional level of moisture and hydration (no oily residue).

My skin type is oily and acne-prone.
The usage experience provides a light, clean feeling with some moisture!
I feel uncomfortable if I don't cleanse, so I almost always cleanse.
When I use it, I don't get any additional breakouts or troubles, so I've been using it consistently for over 5 bottles.
The clean usage, along with pore refining and skin texture improvement, makes my skin feel smoother!
The scent is tea tree, so those sensitive to fragrance should take note.

I am the type whose skin feels tight and dry right after cleansing, but when I apply this pad before skincare and do my routine, my skin becomes incredibly moisturized and refreshed, almost like I've just misted it.
Moreover, the different textures of the front and back sides make it useful for exfoliating or just generally refining my skin's texture.

In the morning, it seems good to use this product, and in the afternoon, to use the existing makeup removal pads.

The Hwahae was less irritating than the eraser pad, and the push-open and close function was more convenient. I used it well as a morning product.

I'm very satisfied, to the point where I don't have any dissatisfactions.

I originally had acne-prone skin that was very sensitive, so I would frequently get breakouts. But ever since I started using this product, I haven't had any new breakouts!!! I've been using it consistently for a few years now, and I even stock up on it in advance so I don't run out. 
Using the cleansing pads and the cica foam cleanser together has been even more effective.
Lately, there are a lot of different toner pads on the market, and I'm tempted to try them, but I'm worried my skin might react badly again. So I've been sticking to this product - it's that good that I can't bring myself to use anything else. I highly recommend it!
