  Pros

  It has a cooling effect when applied, and you use it after hearing a click when you turn it. The application method is intuitive, making it easy to use. I have a sensitive scalp, but I didn't experience any irritation or blemishes from using this product.

  Cons

  The top part feels a bit rubbery, which makes it comfortable to press against the scalp, but it slightly tends to tangle with the hair.

  Tip

  When my scalp feels dry, I apply it after my hair is completely dry.

  Pros

  The brush-like applicator makes it easy to apply and provides a nice massage effect. I love that it's not sticky and just fills your skin with hydration. The cooling effect is also very nice!

  Cons

  I'm completely satisfied except for the difficulty in getting the product out towards the end. It would be great if they could lower the price a bit too.

  Tip

  Dry your scalp about 90% first, then apply the product and let it absorb well. After that, finish drying with cool air for an excellent cooling effect on your scalp.

  It's great to use comfortably after washing up. You can definitely feel the cooling effect on your scalp.

  Because it's so convenient to use, some of the product tends to leak around the container.

  Pros

  First off, I love that it doesn't make my hair flat! There's also a subtle cooling effect on the scalp. It seems to reduce hair loss too, which is great.

  Cons

  When you're almost done with the product, it tends to get stuck around the edges of the container, so you have to wipe it clean between uses.

  Tip

  For best results, try massaging this product into your scalp with a gua sha tool. It's more effective to wash your hair with it at night.

  Pros

  Refilled is truly amazing as always! I had only tried their shampoo and sensitive care line before. I was torn between the moisture and sebum control options, but since my scalp tends to get hot and oily, I went with the sebum control. The Hwahae Testers would approve! Some hair tonics can feel overly minty and cooling to the point of burning, but Refilled's sebum care provides just the right cooling effect. It feels like it's gently lowering the temperature of my scalp. Secondly, even though I didn't apply a lot, some products can make your hair look greasy quickly after washing or drying. However, Refilled's sebum care absorbs lightly into the scalp, actually improving volume after drying and maintaining it well throughout the day.

  Cons

  There's honestly nothing to complain about! While I haven't tried all of Refilled's products, I've been satisfied with every one I've used so far.

  Tip

  Personally, I pat Refilled's sebum care onto my scalp right after cleansing my face with a pad and applying a sheet mask. I figure the scalp needs time to absorb products just like facial skin does, so I start my scalp care routine with Refilled before blow-drying my hair.
