There's not really anything bad, but if I had to nitpick, the gummies sometimes stick together. However, you can easily separate them, so it's not really an issue.

Unlike other gummies, these use plant-based pectin. Animal gelatin can be too hard and cause jaw pain. True to its multivitamin nature, it contains 13 different vitamins.
