  Pros

  Usage period - I used it daily, morning and evening, from December 17th to 23rd, 2024. As it's the changing of seasons, my skin was in worse condition, so I wanted to apply a barrier cream. Luckily, I received this one and used it diligently! Perhaps because it's made by a pharmaceutical company, I felt it was more trustworthy. Plus, the generous amount means it'll last a long time. It's fragrance-free! Texture - Surprisingly, it has a lightweight formula, not as thick as I expected. It absorbs well, leaving a soft finish, and I felt like my skin looked clearer right after application. In the morning when I washed my face, my skin felt smooth. I appreciate that it's not sticky. I think it's a great product for winter use. Recommended skin type - Since it's somewhat rich, those with oily skin might want to avoid the T-zone or apply only a small amount. For those with dry skin, I think applying a generous layer at night would leave your skin hydrated and smooth in the morning.

  Cons

  It's a bit slippery and rich. When I applied too much, I got some blemishes... It seems best to use in moderation. Even though it's winter, I'm hesitant to apply it for fear of painful acne appearing. I'll probably only use it on my cheeks. Also, I found the lack of a spatula a bit disappointing from a hygiene perspective. Fortunately, I had one at home to use, but it would have been better if one was included.

  Tip

  It has effects on improving itchiness and dead skin cells, so it's good to apply not only on the face but also on dry and chapped areas of the body.

  🍁 My friend (with combination skin) and I tried this product together: The texture is light and smooth like whipped cream, with a slight richness. Best of all, it's not sticky at all! Unlike my friend, I have super sensitive skin and rarely try new products. But this one caused no issues even after several days of use! 🍁 Deep Hydration Test: • After application: Glides on smoothly with a rich feel. Provides excellent hydration. Skin looks bright with a clear glow. Skin texture becomes softer with a brightening effect and luminous glow. • After 5 hours: The luminous glow faded, but skin remained bright and soft. Hydration levels were maintained. • After 10 hours: Both surface and deep hydration levels were preserved. 🍁 After 3 days of use: Love how long-lasting the hydration is. Skin becomes clearer and more translucent, with improved texture. My friend experienced the same benefits. 🍁 After a week of use: Skin feels softer and looks clearer. Blemishes have significantly improved. My friend's complexion, which previously looked dull and sickly, now appears revitalized and noticeably brighter. Her skin texture has also become smoother, and the improvement in her blemishes is quite evident.

  Cons

  🍁 Absorption is average and takes a bit of time. 🍁 Initially, there's slight transfer, and touching things feels slippery. To be honest, there aren't many downsides worth mentioning.

  Pros

  The absorbs well and lack of irritation for sensitive skin were the best features. The texture is on the richer side, but it felt less thick compared to the Atobarrier cream I'm currently using. It's not super lightweight, but seems to fall somewhere between creams for dry and oily skin types.

  Cons

  While it absorbed well over time, I noticed a slight slipperiness when first applied. It's not sticky, but the texture feels a bit slick when applying. Being winter, it was a bit challenging to use alone, so I had to layer a sleeping mask or moisturizer on top for extra hydration.

  As a person with skin that becomes extremely dry from late autumn through winter, I need intense hydration in my skincare routine due to severe itching and deep dryness. I was lucky enough to be selected to try the Belphrimo Hyalbarrier Ato Cream, which The Hwahae Testers praised for its excellent itch-relief properties. I've been using it for about a week now. This Belphrimo Hyalbarrier Ato Cream from Dongkook Pharmaceutical lives up to its slogan of '100-hour intense moisture barrier care'. It's a deeply hydrating cream that's great for soothing the skin. Usually around this time of year, my skin gets so itchy that I have to visit the dermatologist for prescription medication and ointments. Last year, I used an emulsion recommended by my dermatologist, which helped with the itching to some extent. However, on extremely dry days, the emulsion alone wasn't enough. The itching would return, and my face felt too dry. Adding this Belphrimo Ato Cream on top was just perfect. Not only is it great for the face, but it also works wonders on my extremely dry back. While I used to apply ointment there, this cream instantly relieved the itching. It's an excellent cream for both face and body, especially for dry and itchy areas. The ingredients are also quite good, making it suitable for both adults and children. It contains 71% Houttuynia Cordata extract, which is effective in soothing and improving skin condition. It also includes hyaluronic acid for hydration and moisture recovery, and ceramides to strengthen the skin barrier. It's the perfect intense moisturizer for winter use. The cream is fragrance-free with a rich texture and comes in a jar format.

  Cons

  Due to its rich texture, it takes some time to absorb into the skin. It's definitely an intense moisturizer, so it doesn't sink in quickly - you need to work it into the skin. It also leaves quite a rich feeling on the skin. After application, it feels like there's a layer on your skin, which I found out is due to the formation of a moisture barrier. Personally, I found the slippery feeling a bit uncomfortable - this sensation of the moisture barrier forming didn't sit well with me.

  Pros

  I have combination dehydrated and sensitive skin. The good points are: it's fragrance-free, has a lightweight texture like a hydrating moisturizer, and a little goes a long way. My husband has extremely dry skin, and he says it's wonderfully moisturizing and has made his skin feel soft and supple.

  Cons

  For me, it felt more rich than hydrating. The texture is smooth like a moisturizer, but compared to that, it feels less hydrating and more oily, giving a slightly warm sensation. I wish it had more hydration. Also, the jar packaging is really inconvenient. The inner lid sits slightly inside, and usually when applying cream, you've already put on other essences or emulsions. It's slippery and hard to remove. I ended up taking out the inner lid because it was so inconvenient. The texture itself is very smooth, but I wish it came in a tube instead of a jar.

  If you have extremely dry skin and are looking for a product that absorbs well, this is the one for you.
