Okay!!! While this didn't necessarily make everything suddenly feel super clean, it did help address dryness and... somehow the glow/radiance seems to have improved.
Cons
Hwahae sensitive? I also found it a bit strong at first, but I like it now. Hwahae fragrant!

I'm actually quite dry... Every winter, I wander around looking for a hydrating toner... But I've found the light! It's so gentle and non-irritating, just perfect!
Cons
There are no shortcomings... Really... There are none... But I need to exceed 20 characters...
Tip
I don't use this toner for a full cleansing routine, but I do a quick texture refinement with a pad, then layer it on 2 or 3 times. It's really moisturizing and great.
