After shampooing, leave it on for about 2-3 minutes before rinsing. Your hair will feel incredibly refreshed, and the lingering scent is just wonderful. It leaves your hair feeling soft too.

It feels wonderfully cool on the scalp, which I love. I can't think of any drawbacks in terms of product effectiveness.
However, I wish it came in a larger size.
