โข Gentle yet powerful cleansing effectiveness ๐: As someone who doesn't wear heavy makeup and only uses a light layer of easily removable mineral sunscreen with a bit of concealer, I was satisfied with its cleansing power. Being an alkaline product, it effectively removes oil, making it great for evening cleansing.
โข The foam is truly impressive. You only need a small amount to create rich, creamy lather in your hands. The foam has a dense, almost cream-like texture that seems to effortlessly remove oil just through gentle massaging. Of course, on days I wore sunscreen, I made sure to thoroughly massage it in with my hands.
Consโข It can be quite drying after use. Due to its alkaline nature and oil-removing properties, you need to quickly replenish moisture after drying your face. As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I can manage it, but I wouldn't recommend it for those with dry skin.
TipUsing Ariel products - a low pH cleanser in the morning and this alkaline one (the product in question) in the evening - has significantly reduced my blemishes! For combination dehydrated skin like mine, I find that a routine alternating between low pH and alkaline cleansers seems to be very beneficial for the skin.
