My skin type is combination dehydrated with acne-prone complexion. I received this product just 5 days before my period, when my oil and moisture balance is typically at its worst. Usually, 2-3 days before my period, I get blemishes popping up around my nose, mouth, and cheeks - at least 5-6 of them. But after enthusiastically applying this morning and night, I only got about 2 blemishes before my period, which was great! The cream isn't too thick, so it absorbs well and smoothly. As for absorption, after a little while, my skin feels slightly moisturized without any residue when touched. It's nice that you don't need to apply a thick layer to feel hydrated. There's no oily feeling, and it's lightweight, so I recommend it for combination dehydrated skin. Oh, and the next morning when I washed my face, the moisturized feeling remained, leaving my skin soft and supple even after cleansing. For someone like me who struggles with balancing oil and moisture, I highly recommend this product!
ConsThe downside is the scent... well... It's kind of like a medicinal patch smell? There's this odd sensation of having a cooling patch scent without the actual cooling effect. The fragrance might be hit or miss for some people. Although it dissipates quickly after application, I think it could still be a polarizing factor.
