  Pros

  1. Price Got it on a welcome deal, so I don't feel guilty using it liberally. 2. Texture Seems great for oily, blemish-prone skin. You could put it in a mist bottle for frequent spritzing, or use it generously for a toner mask. Even with liberal use, it lasts surprisingly long.

  Cons

  1. Soothing Can't really tell if it has a calming effect. As my skin became super sensitive in winter, I tried using it as a toner mask for sudden skin flare-ups, but the cooling effect was only temporary. Not sure about its effectiveness on blemishes either. 2. Hydration It's a very watery toner, clearly aimed at oily skin, but it feels like it evaporates too quickly. Don't expect much hydration; it's only useful as a toner mask. 3. Irritation The toner's ingredients might not agree with my skin - I felt a strange tingling sensation, especially around my mouth area. Be cautious, as I've heard quite a few people don't react well to houttuynia cordata.

  Tip

  I recommend using it as a toner mask - it feels refreshingly cool on the skin even without refrigeration.
