The case is pretty and it's conveniently lightweight. I bought this to apply on my eyelids. Since I don't wear much makeup, I just wanted to give a subtle Vaseline-like glow to my eyeshadow. It gives off a pure look. There's no base color and it appears moisturizing. I'm not sure about its staying power. It looks hydrating when first applied, but after a short while, that feeling disappears and it makes my skin look somewhat oily.

It was the product I was most excited about buying, but it feels like I'm just applying clear glue to my skin. When you look at the exterior, even though it's transparent and doesn't have that charcoal-clear feel, the sapphire glitter inside, which has a turquoise vibe, doesn't pick up well. Maybe if you dig about 2-3mm and apply it, you might see the presence of two or three glitter particles? I'm so disappointed that I don't even want to leave a comment. Are you sure this product was tested before release? Or is there a special way to use it that I'm missing? (Hmm... if this keeps up, I might have to cut ties with Etude House)
