My favorite ingredients are panthenol and ceramides, and I found that Suni43 cream contains both! I love these two because they're crucial for 'strengthening the skin barrier' - the most important factor for sensitive skin! I usually get blemishes during seasonal changes or when my immunity is low.. This time, I broke out badly when I got the flu, but using Suni43 cream, I felt it calming my skin!! You might think it's too soon to see blemish improvement in less than 2 weeks, but even after extractions at the dermatologist, I usually get recurring blemishes in the same spots.
