Pros
I started using it right away after receiving it as a winner of the Hwahae Trial Reviewers program. It was a perfect fit for me, as I dislike thick and heavy formulas. When I squeezed it onto the back of my hand and stood it up, it slowly flowed down...not too watery, nor too thick, but just the right consistency for a soothing cream! The application was also good, and the absorption was neither too slow nor too fast, so it didn't leave my skin feeling dry. I liked the cream formula so much that it made me want to look for a soothing cream without centella in it. ㅠㅠㅋㅋㅋ

The product felt very good to use, but after using it, I started experiencing small breakouts (mainly on the upper part of my face, around the eyes and cheekbones) about twice a day. I didn't initially think the product was the cause, but the breakouts persisted for a few days, so I suspected it might be due to the product. I then stopped using it and went back to my previous skincare routine for 2-3 days, and the breakouts stopped appearing. I think the centella (Hwahae) ingredient didn't agree with my skin, even though I had used products with the cica (Hwahae Trial Reviewers) ingredient before without any issues.

(Unfortunately, the product arrived on a power outage day, so I had to take the photos in the dark using a flashlight, making the background a bit dark.) The texture was smooth and nice. The fragrance-free aspect was good.

The troublesome product. I had been using it for a relatively long time, and the reaction didn't appear immediately, but rather gradually. However, it started to feel dull over time, and on the third day, acne suddenly popped up, so I stopped using it. I'm so glad I only tried it as a sample...haha. It also couldn't control the dryness.
