These pads are thicker than the Medipeel Cica Pads. While I liked the Medipeel Cica Pads, they were on the thinner side, so when I placed them on my face like a mask, the essence would sometimes drip down. With these Pore Lifting Pads, the essence doesn't run when I leave them on my face like the Cica Pads. That's a definite plus. Overall, I'm really happy with these pads. There's not much to complain about, but the tweezers are supposed to be stored inside the lid.
