I bought it after watching a YouTube video that said there was no stimulation. It was amazing that it contains 20% niacinamide and is not at all irritating. Even though I originally had a bright complexion, I actually felt that my face became even brighter. After applying it, it's not at all sticky and feels soft and powdery, which was surprising.

As you can see from the package, it contains a whopping 20.35% niacinamide. Panell has specially formulated it to achieve a high concentration, and they claim you can see brightening effects in just 7 days! Delivering those ingredients deep into the skin is also important, and their product contains Hydra Exosome components that are 431 times smaller than pores, allowing them to penetrate the skin without loss. They also mentioned that people used to try to lighten their skin by washing with rice water, and this product contains Icheon rice water for whitening as well, so it really seems to be focused on brightening. Even with the high concentration of niacinamide, I didn't feel any irritation or stickiness. The formula is light and refreshing, absorbing quickly and layering well.
