While the formulation of this product was fine, it did not provide any noticeable effects in terms of smoothing my skin or improving the appearance of my flaky skin. First, I bought the serum after seeing that YouTubers liked it, thinking that it would help manage the uneven texture after washing my face. When I actually used it, it wasn't irritating at all and was truly non-irritating, so I was like "Hmm, will this actually work?" When I first used it, there was no effect, because it said to just leave it on for 1 minute and then rinse it off. But since it was really watery even after just 1 minute, I thought that might be the reason. So the next time I used it, I patted it in with my hands to help it absorb. Then it became really sticky and my skin and hands were sticking together. After leaving it on for 1 minute in that state and rinsing it off, I found that it did a good job of caring for my dead skin. If you think it's not working for you, you can try using it the way I did.

The existing scrub & dead skin removal products have physically exfoliated the skin by rolling or scrubbing, but this product is a runny serum-type that you apply thinly to the skin after cleansing and rinse off after 1 minute. It uses AHA ingredients to chemically exfoliate. I felt an immediate improvement in my skin without any irritation, and it's convenient since it only takes 1 minute during cleansing. I will continue using this product.
