I recommend applying a staining tint as a base and layering this on top! Even with reapplication, the color doesn't become overly intense. ♦️Overall: If you're like me and usually just wear brightening moisturizer and rely on lip balms, I'd recommend this. It's comfortable on the lips and the color isn't too flashy.
