I can't really tell if there are any improvements yet. One downside is that the case looks just like a cigarette pack. It's also a bit disappointing that the daily dose is 3 pills. I'd prefer if a day's worth was just 1 or 2 pills.

I decided to try these liposomal vitamins. Although the pills are a bit large, they're not difficult to swallow, and I don't experience any stomach discomfort after taking them.
