I bought this through a group order, and I have about five acne ointments! But this product is the best at reducing redness. I've tried several others:

Acne Cream Gel - Too many small bumps appeared, and it felt drying, so I stopped after 3 uses.

Acne Cream - Effective on pustules, but caused similar inflammatory blemishes around the area. Discontinued use.

Baoditi Ointment - This one's good! It helps ripen blemishes for easy extraction.

Mildlab Centella Scar Ointment - Applying this after extracting a blemish helps reduce scarring and calms the skin overnight.

Noscarna - Slight improvement in scars, but not dramatic. New blemishes appeared, so I stopped using it.

After trying all these, this product seems to work best when used with the accompanying pads. I'll definitely keep using it!

I'm currently using this product from a YouTuber's group order, but I'm not experiencing any significant effects. In fact, when I apply it to inflammatory blemishes, they seem to get bigger. However, I'll keep using it and see.

Since it's not an antibiotic, it seems to be non-irritating. I think it would suit any skin type well, whether you have dry, oily, combination dehydrated skin, or super sensitive skin.
