It was good that it didn't feel sticky when applied! Many other products tend to feel a bit sticky after application, but this one doesn't. And the lemon scent is not unpleasant.

The scent is lovely - it has a refreshing and light fragrance. I'm not sure if it's just my imagination, but it seems like the discoloration from the knee injury has improved as well?! My elbows were already on the fairer side, but this product seems to be good for care. It applies lightly and smoothly, and I can easily spread it all over my arms in one go. It absorbs well too!

But after using this product, I've developed quite a few pimples on the upper chest area and can also feel some on my back. (While showering, I noticed that the marks on my back are not actually pimples, but rather scratched or irritated areas?) Most importantly, using this product makes the area connecting my arms and shoulders really itchy, and I can't help but scratch it... Especially my arms. I'm still scratching them unconsciously (even though I applied it yesterday). I've never had an itchy reaction to any cosmetics before, so it seems I'm having an allergic reaction. I regularly use niacinamide and arbutin-based brightening products on my face and neck, so I'm not sure why this product doesn't agree with me. The product works fine on my bikini line and legs, so I'll just continue using it there, and only apply it to my elbows on my arms. Generally, people say the skin on the body is whiter than the face, but since I only use brightening products on my face, my face is much more translucent and fair. That's why I bought this product to even out the skin tone on my body to match my face, but unfortunately, it doesn't seem to suit me. I think it would be better to go back to using gentler products. And this product might be better suited for managing areas of hyperpigmentation, rather than trying to achieve an even, fair complexion all over the body. Proper sun protection and covering up with long sleeves and pants seem more important for the body.
Tip

The elbow area was a bit dark, so I purchased and tried the product since the reviews on Hwahae were good. After using it for more than the recommended 2 weeks, it definitely became brighter and smoother, which I really liked! There's hardly any stickiness, and the formula is like a moisturizing cream, so it feels refreshing. However, for dry skin types, it might be a bit difficult to use in the winter. As for the scent, I personally found it to be pleasantly refreshing.

The part I was most satisfied with was the spreadability! As shown in the photo, the texture was very light, so the spreadability was excellent. Usually when you shower and apply body products and put on clothes, it's too sticky, right? But it was absorbed in an instant, which was great, and it was the best among the body products I've used so far for summer use! Next is the scent!
