First, the compact size and cushion format are great for carrying around when going out. It was convenient to just dab it on with the cushion without any hygiene issues outside. I chose the milky pink color as I felt it would suit my cool-toned makeup well. The coverage is a bit on the lighter side, as shown in the third photo of a single application on the back of my hand - it seems to need 2-3 layers to build up the color. The formula is bouncy and seemed to blur and fill in my pores nicely when applied to the face!

Although my skin is sensitive and I tend to have strong redness, this milky-pink blush with strong whiteness is my first time trying it, and surprisingly, even when applied moderately, the color is not at all burdensome, and it actually makes my skin tone look a bit brighter, so I'm very satisfied with it! The compact is very small, making it convenient to carry, and the cushion is just the right size for two fingertips, so it's highly versatile and convenient, plus it even has a mirror, which is just great.

When I actually received and applied it, the Tiptop product seemed a little more delicate and had a slightly whiter, ballerina-pop-like feel. It's a color that suits me well. The level of whiteness goes Ballerina Pop > Tiptop > Tonymoly, but the Tiptop one has a more moisturizing, cream-powder in-between texture... a velvety cream feel. So it applies much more smoothly than Tonymoly or Clinique. The cushion puff is so adorable. It applies like a cream but finishes incredibly soft and powdery.
ConsI rarely use blush because of my flushed complexion, and I don't like the way eyeshadow tends to crease over time, so I often use blush as an eyeshadow. However, the product I ordered seems to be in a solid or cream-like formula, and when I apply it to my eyes, it doesn't blend well and the color payoff is poor.
