1. Caution: High concentration of niacinamide
While I wasn't too worried since I'd used niacinamide serums before, 5% is considered a high concentration for skincare. Results may vary from person to person.

2. Potential for irritation
It's not completely irritation-free. On days when my skin was already irritated, applying this product caused slight redness in those areas. That's why I didn't use it daily and always applied it at night.

3. Not extremely hydrating
The product description even suggests using it as a spot treatment at the end of your routine. If you have dry skin, I recommend applying plenty of hydrating serum first, then lightly applying this product last.

First off, my skin type is sensitive with redness on the cheeks. I've been using this product since I started noticing some freckle-like spots after wearing masks.

1. Brightens pigmented skin, has whitening effects (see photos)
To be precise, it didn't lighten my existing freckles. However, it was effective on the pigmentation I got on my elbows from working out. With consistent use, those spots faded.
Plus, recently, after removing acne patches, I noticed the pigmented areas are returning to my natural skin tone more quickly.

2. Low irritation
After my skin turned red from using a retinol serum, I carefully chose this product. I'd used niacinamide serums before without issues, which was a big factor in my decision. Anyway, my face didn't break out or turn red.

3. Prevents melasma and freckles
Rather than fading existing dark spots, this product seems to prevent them from getting darker or more numerous.

There is still no dramatic brightness, but I plan to try it out more.

For about a month, the texture is dense, almost odorless, and I only apply it to the areas around the cheekbones and freckles. There is no irritation. The effect is not yet significant. I purchased it based on my trust in the Hwahae brand.

I wouldn't really recommend it for those with oily skin, but it's good for dry skin types. I didn't experience any allergic reactions or redness.

Surprisingly, the Dr. Oracle Spot Cream doesn't cause any breakouts, probably because it's free from harmful ingredients. The texture feels slightly sticky but smooth. After application, it feels like a thin film forms on the skin, and although it's matte, it doesn't dry out my skin as I expected. I'm not particularly sensitive to fragrances, but this seems close to unscented, making it comfortable to use without any irritation. I've been applying it for a few days to address some dark spots, but it's too soon to notice any significant fading yet.

The only downside is that the amount is a bit small, so it runs out quickly. Other than that, I have no complaints.
