MilbaLab Chuncheong Herb Calming Toner Pad

First, my skin type is extremely dry, and I am concerned about blemishes, pimples, and acne scars. When I open the pad, the amount of essence is visibly abundant, swishing around. Even for someone not very sensitive to scents, the fragrance can be perceived as pleasant. The usage experience is extremely lightweight, and the pad is large enough to apply broadly on the forehead and cheeks. However, the pad is not too thin, so the essence does not dry out quickly. In fact, the essence is the most moisturizing among the pads I've tried. As an extremely dry-skinned person, I was able to keep the pad on for about 1.5 hours, during which I dried my hair and played games, and it never dried out. The thin pad with abundant essence adheres well to the cheeks, and unlike other pads, the Milba Wrap pad stayed on firmly even as I moved my head and jumped around while gaming, especially when the air from drying my hair blew towards my cheeks. The effect is great, as the abundant essence provides proper hydration and prevents dehydration. The essence has a light, refreshing feel, not heavy like an ampoule, and is absorbed quickly. Most importantly, when I wake up in the morning with some redness, a quick cleanse and application of the Milba Wrap pad calms the redness and gives a healthy glow. Typically, pads with a light essence like a toner-essence in-between tend to lose moisture and cause dehydration later, but the Milba Wrap pad hardly experiences any moisture evaporation, so I highly recommend it for dry and extremely dry skin types.

If you are sensitive to fragrances, you may want to avoid this product. Oily skin types may feel that the product is slippery and glides on the surface, while sensitive skin types may find it slightly irritating.

Before makeup, although it may not provide a radiant glow, it prevents the base from crumbling and the inner glow from surfacing. Even after 10 hours of makeup, there is no sense of inner dryness, so it is good to use it before makeup.

The skin temperature dropped and the redness subsided, which I could feel right away. After doing this toner pad pack every day, the forehead blemishes have decreased! The pads are thin and have great adherence, and the pad size is quite large, which I liked. They stretch a little when pulled. And the pads are thoroughly soaked with the product, so even though the pads are thin, they don't dry out easily. Even after using a hot hair dryer for 10 minutes with the toner pad on, the pad remained moist and not dried out! The pads are soft, so there was no irritation at all when wiping, and no pilling occurred on the pads! The finish is refreshingly non-sticky and absorbs well, leaving the skin feeling smooth. It's a great refreshing and moisturizing toner pad that's not burdensome even for oily skin in the summer! There's a faint herbal + baby powder scent, which calmed my mind and body and gave me a healing feeling while doing the toner pack.

At first, it was difficult to peel off the seal, and I barely managed to peel it off. Even the peeled-off part was messy, which was disappointing.
