It doesn't feel sticky at all, and I got the sensation that my skin was deeply hydrated. I loved how just one pad was enough to give my skin a beautiful glow. This seems to be the perfect pad for combination dehydrated skin. Some parts of the pad's surface are a bit rough, and when I used those areas to wipe my face, it felt slightly tingling. However, if you use the smoother side, it should be fine.
