The toner pad is actually a gel pad, so there is no irritation. It's thin and has a rich essence, so it's great to use when blow-drying and doesn't dry out easily, which I really liked.
Cons
I have sensitive skin, but the whitening products don't seem to be effective, and I don't experience any irritation or Hwahae. However, I keep breaking out, and it's also very sticky, but it doesn't feel like a Hwahae-like sensation, so it's a bit ambiguous.

Hwahae is not very effective for scar care. It is not recommended for cleansing.
