The next day, my skin texture looked smooth and refined, and my makeup went on much better. Especially when I focused on areas with blemishes, it felt like it was penetrating even deeper. The formula is thin with a hydrating feel, making it comfortable to apply without feeling heavy. There's no stickiness, so it's great for both day and night use.
ConsIf you're not used to spicules or if your skin is having a super sensitive day, the tingling can be quite noticeable. On days when your skin isn't at its best, it might cause irritation, so it's crucial to adjust how often you use it. Also, the cap is made of red plastic, and a bit of the ampoule keeps seeping onto the dropper, leaving it slightly sticky, which was a bit disappointing.
TipIf the spicules feel too intense, try using the TXA Milky Toner from the same line first. By calming your skin with the toner before applying the ampoule, you can significantly reduce the tingling sensation. For extremely dry skin, the spicules might feel more irritating, but following this order of application allows for much gentler absorption.
