I was really surprised that the Hwahae worked so well for my skin tone!! The formula also seemed to be quite moisturizing, which I liked.

The matte finish can feel drying, so I mist it with a spray whenever it feels dry.
Also, since proper application is crucial, I dispense a small amount on my forehead, nose, cheeks, and chin, then gently pat and press it in with a dense puff to ensure seamless adherence.

Due to the white cast, proper application is essential. While the product provides sun protection due to the significant white cast, it is difficult to rely on it solely for sun protection. In the summer, it is recommended to apply a separate sunscreen and then layer this product on top.

It's great if the tone-up works well and there is no darkening, as long as the amount is well-controlled!!! And the product adhesion is very good, but it may vary depending on which puff you use. However, even when I do my makeup in the morning and go home in the evening, it feels light and has a perfect matte adhesion - it's a god-tier product. I have combination skin, but I don't feel any pore congestion, so I intend to repurchase it!!!ㅠㅠ

There is a slight slipperiness like sunscreen, but it's fine once absorbed.

The tube opening is pointed, making it easy to apply directly to the face.
The sunscreen has a unique rich and creamy texture, which absorbs well even when applied over makeup.
The tone-up effect is quite good, so when applied to the neck, the boundary with the face disappears.
There is no makeup smudging.

The disappointing aspect is that I don't feel it well. If there was a green option instead of purple, I would definitely have the intention to repurchase.

The skin type is dry and oily.

1. Color: To be honest, I thought the purple might suit me since I have a warm-toned complexion, but it turned out not too bad - the tone-up function seemed to work well. It was also fine to use as a base before applying makeup.

2. Spreadability: I found it spread better when I used tools rather than just my fingers.

3. After application feeling: I liked that it finished with a dewy yet matte look. I really dislike the feeling of product residue, and this didn't leave my T-zone overly oily, unlike some sunscreens I've used where I had to blot with tissues.  The moisturizing effect also lasted well throughout the day, keeping me comfortable.

4. Ease of application: The tube design made it really easy to dispense just the right amount.

Overall: Since I have a reddish warm-toned complexion, I found it worked best when I applied it before makeup and then buffed it in with a puff. Even when I wore it alone, the lasting power was quite good and there was minimal darkening. And thank you so much for the handwritten letter - it's been a long time since I've received one, and I've cherished it by keeping it in a special box with letters from my friends.

Pores were highlighted, so I applied a thin layer of primer and fixed it with a fixative, then applied sunscreen and sprayed the fixative again. This resulted in less oil buildup and less redness.

It's a shame that the weather is getting hotter now, so I'll likely sweat a lot, and the product doesn't have a waterproof function, which is disappointing. The sweat will likely cause it to rub off, and it doesn't seem suitable for reapplying frequently outdoors. If I'm not careful, I might end up looking like an egg ghost.

The lavender-colored sunscreen
naturally brightens and tones up the skin, so it seems to be a good toning-up sunscreen for skin tones with a yellowish undertone.

● Whitening: Since it's a toning-up cream, there is whitening, but the amount needs to be adjusted. It's also essential to apply it to the neck! Because the face is left floating...My skin tone is around #21, but the whitening is unavoidable.

● Spreadability: When tested on the back of the hand, it spreads out well, but you can see some clumping on the hand in the photo. Even when I did a simple skincare routine (hyaluronic toner -> serum), there was a bit of a sticky feeling, so it's better to have a solid skincare base before applying.

● Oil: My skin type is combination, and when I looked in the mirror 2 hours after applying, it had become shiny and oily.

● Pore clogging: My pores are already wide, and the whitening effect of the toning-up sunscreen accentuates this, so there's not much that can be done about it...

● Cleansing: I just wiped it off with a cleansing toner and went to bed, and two small pimples appeared. (Don't be as lazy as me....) When I only used the brand's cleansing foam, there were still residues left in my pores, but when I double-cleansed, the residues were gone. The next day, the best cleansing routine was 1st cleanse with cleansing oil, 2nd cleanse with cleansing foam.

Gently massage with a puff, then apply with a patting motion!

*Absorbency and spreadability
-The product has different absorbency and spreadability depending on the application tool. I made the mistake of applying it thickly with my hands at first. It absorbs well but takes time, and leaves streaks depending on the direction of rubbing.
- Patting it on with a puff applies it better than spreading it with the hands!
I strongly recommend patting it on little by little with a puff to allow it to absorb.

*Oiliness and clumping
-Since it contains sun care, it is oilier than expected. If you plan to apply makeup, you shouldn't apply as much as I did, as it can cause clogging around the nose area and flaking. Thinking of it as a sun cream, applying an amount the size of a 500 won coin makes it look clumped, which is disappointing. It seems you should apply a small amount evenly to match the tone-up function.

As I age, my skin tone has become yellowish, and I've developed a rosy glow after giving birth. Therefore, I'm in the midst of needing to use BB creams or foundation, and I've been given the opportunity to try a sun cream-combined tone-up cream from Tori Den. I've used it diligently for a week and am writing this review.

*UV protection + Tone-up cream
- This product can be used as both a tone-up cream and a sun protection cream. It's a lavender-colored tone-up cream.
If you have a bright (cool-toned) complexion and prefer a natural look, you can just use this alone. Applying too many products can make our skin feel suffocated. Moreover, as the scorching summer is approaching, this product would be a great option.
- I was initially concerned that this might be too bright for warm-toned skin, but it settles into the skin over time. 
The difference in tone is about two shades brighter when applied.
However, if I had to recommend this, I would suggest it more for cool-toned skin rather than warm-toned, as the color does seem a bit bright.

It's better to use it by mixing a small amount with other colorless sunscreen products rather than using it alone.

Lavender is not recommended for those who do not suit it.
It can appear pale.
While it applies moisturizing when applied, it is disappointing that it dries out and becomes dry over time.

The texture is not as thick as a cream, but rather a form between a concentrated essence and a lotion. It applies moisturizing and soft without feeling heavy. 
Although the purple color looks deep, it applies lightly and has a slight glow right after application, which then fades over time, leaving behind a refreshing finish.
However, as time passes, a white powder may appear around the eye area, possibly due to the kaolin clay in the ingredients, making the skin feel slightly dry. Applying a moisturizing balm on top would be helpful.
The deep purple color may look intimidating, but it actually brightens the overall skin tone naturally. While the effect becomes more natural over time, it's still recommended to apply the right amount, as too much can be unflattering.
I usually only use sunscreen to finish my routine, and by the afternoon my skin looks very dull. But after using this product, the dullness was significantly reduced.
I also have some blemishes and redness, so the purple-toned color suits me better than pink. This shade brightens the skin without any mask transfer.
It applies moisturizing and smoothly, the ingredients are good, the color is just right, and it provides high sun protection without causing any breakouts. Aside from feeling slightly drying over time, this is a complete holy grail product for me. I just wish the kaolin clay component was not included.
