Indeed, the moisture-rich Hwahae is the answer. 
Normally, such sunscreens are oily or have a stuffy finish, but this one is refreshingly moist.
It's even non-sticky. 
This is truly a serum-type sunscreen that just provides the right amount of moisture.

Among the sunscreen lotions and serums I've tried, this is the one I like the most.
Based on the current seasonal changes, I've applied a base and foundation after the sunscreen, and it blends in seamlessly without any caking.
Look at how smoothly it spreads... I'm truly amazed by the formula.

There was no oiliness after application either. In fact, I felt like my oil-moisture balance was restored, with less sebum buildup and a more comfortable skin feel.

There were no disappointments in using this product. I'm satisfied.

I was using the sun serum for the first time, and I didn't feel any oiliness at all. Usually, sunscreens leave an oily feeling, which can make the skin feel uncomfortable, but this product has a light texture that absorbs well into the skin, giving a refreshing sensation. I thought the moisturizing sun serum would have a distinct scent, but I was pleased that it didn't have any unnecessary fragrance. The finish after application was also good - it dried down without any stickiness, leaving a pleasant, refreshed feeling. As a serum-sunscreen hybrid, it is moisturizing, so it seems like a good option to use even in the dry, wintry weather. It also provides a natural-looking tone-up effect!

The texture is more fluid than expected? I was surprised as it's a sun serum. As I had only used thick sun creams before, I was surprised by how well it spreads.

The Hwahae sun serum does seem easy to apply since it's so moisturizing. When applied thinly, it blends in nicely without any significant white cast. It just brightens the skin tone a bit.

This moisturizing formula would be great for dry skin types. Highly recommended for dry-skinned folks!

I may still be getting the hang of using this sun serum. When I try to apply a matte base over the sun serum, there is a slight slipping effect. 
There are also many reviews complaining about the difficulty in controlling the amount due to the packaging, but I personally find this rigid container more convenient than the soft tube type.

I've been using the product for just over a week.
I've used a lot of tone-up sunscreens and sun sticks, but the tone-up sunscreen was a bit chalky and came up, or it was too thick and sticky, which was inconvenient. And the stick didn't spread evenly, which was disappointing.
So I wanted to try using a sun serum that applies comfortably like skincare.
First of all, the formulation is not too thin or too thick. It has a slightly runny emulsion feel. It's moisturizing but not oily, so it doesn't feel stuffy on the skin and is really comfortable. Most importantly, it applies with a moisturizing feel, so it's good to use in this transitional spring season. I think it won't be too heavy to use in the summer either. (Since it doesn't fully absorb into the skin, you shouldn't apply too much, even though it's called a sun serum.)
The scent is close to unscented, and there's no typical sunscreen scent, which I really like!
I'm not sure if my skin is sensitive or if it's because I've been using products that don't suit me, but the sunscreen products I've used so far have caused me some breakouts, so I didn't have high expectations. But I haven't had any breakouts from using this Tori sun serum yet. I'll update the review if I do get any breakouts after using it a bit more.

I'm someone who usually prefers organic sunscreens as mineral sunscreens can sometimes leave a white cast on my face and feel a bit heavy. I've been using the birch sap moisture sunscreen for a while now, but I'm ready to switch to this one!!! The main advantage is that it's incredibly moisturizing. It's so hydrating that it could pass as a regular moisturizer. And it's fragrance-free, so there's no unpleasant sunscreen smell. The fragrance-free aspect is what I like the most.

Due to the thin formulation, the product is consumed faster compared to the same volume of other products.

This product is described as moisturizing, but I find it to be quite oily. The moisture is more of an oily, slick feeling rather than a true hydrating sensation. I apply it and then blot with oil-absorbing paper to use it. After applying makeup, I notice the oiliness comes through faster than usual.
The product also claims to provide a cooling sensation for over 10 seconds, but I don't really experience that. I may feel a very slight cooling for around 3 seconds, but it's quite subtle.
Since it's a stick format, it's a bit difficult to apply evenly, so I find it works better for spot application or touch-ups (for body use).
