Here's my honest review after using it daily for 19 days, from the afternoon of April 24th when it arrived, until the review deadline on May 12th. I made sure to use it diligently during the Children's Day holiday in May and three weekends. To help those with similar skin types, I'll share mine! I have combination dehydrated skin with concerns about blackheads and pores. My skin tends to get oily and feels hot, with excess oil on the surface but dryness underneath. On humid days, my oil production can go into overdrive. Now, let's dive into my candid review! - First impression on the skin When I applied the sunscreen before going out, my skin's initial reaction was "coolness." As someone prone to facial heat, I found the Make P:rem Water-Fit Sunscreen's cooling effect incredibly refreshing. I thought it would be perfect for summer use! It's ideal for those who struggle with facial heat. - Stickiness? NO With my oily skin, I usually avoid sticky products. However, this Make P:rem Hyaluronic Water-Fit Sunscreen felt like applying a lightweight, cool moisturizer without any stickiness! Sometimes even just toner and emulsion can feel heavy on my face, and adding a thick sunscreen on top can be unbearably sticky and suffocating. This product, though, goes on smoothly and lightly, with a cooling effect that feels like a light moisturizer. I highly recommend it to those who dislike that heavy feeling on their face. - Packaging -> Cool blue at first glance As someone who considers product design and packaging when buying cosmetics, I find this sunscreen's color reminiscent of the sea or a swimming pool - it looks so refreshing. The glossy packaging also gives off a hydrated vibe! It's not a design you'd want to hide in your makeup pouch or on your vanity, which I appreciate. - Worry-free quantity While most sunscreens come in 30ml or 50ml sizes, this one boasts a generous 100ml. I've heard you should apply about a 500-won coin size of sunscreen for proper coverage. Even if you don't use quite that much, this larger size means you can apply liberally and it'll last a long time! The 100ml quantity is also great for applying to arms and legs. With this amount, you won't have to worry even on week-long trips! - Compatibility with BB cream and cushion foundation Lately, I've been using BB cream before going out and touching up with cushion foundation later. This sunscreen is perfect to apply before makeup! The immediate cooling effect lowers skin temperature, helping makeup adhere better. Its moisturizer-like texture is great for dry or combination dehydrated skin types before applying makeup. It's hydrating but absorbs well without pilling. When touching up outdoors, applying a bit of this sunscreen makes it look like you've just done your makeup! Usually, my face heats up outside and touch-ups don't work well, but with this sunscreen, the makeup just glides on perfectly. It's amazing! - Scent (very subtle, cool mint) At first, I thought it might be unscented, but after sniffing a few times, I detected a faint mint aroma. If anything, the scent enhances the cooling sensation and isn't bothersome. Even those who dislike mint shouldn't worry - it's that subtle. - No white cast! I tend to apply sunscreen generously when I have time before makeup, and I love that this one doesn't leave a white cast no matter how much you apply or reapply! When I was a teenager, I deliberately used sunscreens with a white cast, but now that I use BB cream or foundation, I need one without it. You know that ghostly egg-white face look from applying too much sunscreen, like Sung Hwan on "I Live Alone"? I've wasted so much time trying to absorb excess product, sometimes even having to wash my face and start over... but this product doesn't leave a white cast at all! - Eye irritation I've tried many organic and inorganic sunscreens that claimed not to irritate eyes, but in summer, they'd often melt and run into my eyes, causing tears and irritation. This would lead to rubbing my eyes and ruining my makeup. After using the Make P:rem sunscreen for about 20 days, I can say there was minimal eye irritation! Even when I went out during the holiday wearing just sunscreen, my eyes didn't sting! Here's a tip I learned from past struggles with eye irritation: after applying sunscreen, gently blot around the eyes with a kitchen towel or face towel to remove excess oil before applying makeup. This greatly reduces eye irritation! - Easy recycling after use If you go through cosmetics quickly, you know how annoying it can be to dispose of empty containers. I found that this product is very easy to recycle! Box -> Recycle as paper Tube -> Rinse and recycle as plastic Cap -> Recycle as plastic That's it! I appreciate that there's no unnecessary packaging, making recycling simple. - Skin condition during use Oddly enough, my skin tends to develop small bumps quickly if a sunscreen doesn't suit me. However, after using this product for almost three weeks, I actually received compliments on my skin! No blemishes appeared, and my skin seemed to improve as if I'd been diligently applying a good moisturizer. (I'm serious!) ⭐️ I recommend this for people who: - Need an instant cooling effect - Want a sunscreen that feels like a hydrating moisturizer - Prefer a larger quantity that can be used on the body too - Need a moisturizing sunscreen that won't pill under makeup - Want a non-sticky sunscreen
Cons- While not exactly a drawback, I was surprised when I first opened the product and found no silver seal! Although it didn't happen to me, I worry that some people might accidentally squeeze out too much product when first opening it, or wonder if it's a new product. I think this might be an eco-friendly choice. - This may vary from person to person, but there's no brightening effect! It's just like a lightweight, cooling moisturizer that absorbs well into the skin. There's no white cast or skin tone evening. - While this sunscreen was great for my combination dehydrated skin, those with very oily skin might find it a bit slippery. However, since this is more about hydration than oil, it should be fine if you take the time to let it absorb properly.
TipIt seems that no matter what sunscreen you use, some oil will inevitably surface after a while. But of course, the degree varies depending on your skin type! Here's a pro tip: if you're prone to excess oil or shine, you can lightly dust some powder over your makeup, or gently press (not rub) a kitchen towel on your skin to absorb excess oil. This should help you use the product comfortably and with satisfaction! Thanks to being a Hwahae Tester, I plan to protect my skin from UV rays this summer with the Make P:rem sunscreen!

No eye irritation ⭐️ 2. Skin-friendly ingredients 3. Non-sticky texture 1. I've tried many sunscreens known for their good ingredients, but I always ended up switching due to eye irritation. I had settled on B***** sunscreen, but this summer I think I'll be using this Waterfit Sunscreen. I'm so happy it doesn't irritate my eyes! 2. Having super sensitive skin, I'm very particular about ingredients. This passed my test as it doesn't contain any potentially allergenic components. Plus, it's neither greasy nor sticky, which I absolutely love (as someone who hates stickiness). 3. As a hyaluronic acid enthusiast, this is the perfect sunscreen for me. I extremely dislike sunscreens that make my skin feel dry and tight, but this product keeps my skin hydrated with long-lasting moisture! 4. What I was most excited about before using was the cooling effect! I was a bit skeptical at first... But for two weeks, I felt a refreshing sensation every time I applied the sunscreen. It seems to actually reduce skin temperature. As someone who's sensitive to heat and sweats a lot in summer, this sunscreen was absolute perfection for me.
Cons1. When I first opened it, I was a bit surprised that there wasn't a protective seal inside. I thought someone might have used it, but I was relieved to find out I wasn't the only one who experienced this. 2. While I personally prefer sunscreens without a tone-up effect, I'm mentioning this as it might be a downside for some people. This sunscreen doesn't provide any brightening effect. It applies very naturally, so if you're looking for a tone-up sunscreen, this might not be for you!
TipEven without any special prep, makeup doesn't pill over this sunscreen. But if you apply your skincare more thoroughly before using the Waterfit Sunscreen, the hydration doubles. Hello, glowing skin!
