There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. If you have a light undertone, I think you'll find it works really well for you.

I highly recommend this to those who love a soothing grape color. The shade is really beautiful!

To be honest, the color payoff is a bit disappointing. As someone who prefers highly pigmented products, I found myself reaching for this less often because the colors build up subtly. However, this could be seen as a positive for those who prefer a more natural look.

If you're after high-intensity shadows, this might not be the best choice.

Personally, I'd categorize this as a neutral-cool shadow palette. It could work for warm-toned individuals who can pull off cool tones as well!

The only downside is that the staying power could be a bit better. Other than that, I have no complaints.

tip:: The shimmery shades are a bit darker and more intense than expected, so I personally wouldn't recommend them for daily use! The lightest shimmer shade is next to the darkest brown.

The high amount of light base tones, the lack of gray tones, and the similarity between some of the shades.

For those with a light undertone, this palette has less gray tones than expected. While the detailed images showed some gray tones, in reality, there's more of a grape hue with a predominantly lighter base. As someone with darker skin, I found the contrast a bit stark, which was slightly disappointing. There's a bit of excess powder, but the adherence and color payoff are excellent. All 9 shades are wearable, and the palette is lightweight, making it great for on-the-go. It definitely has a cool tone, and the inclusion of shimmer adds versatility.

I haven't noticed any significant drawbacks or disappointments yet, so I'll skip mentioning any cons for now. If any major issues come up, I'll update my review.

I was looking for an eyeshadow with a subtle, cool grape-milk vibe, and this one seemed perfect, so I bought it! The color isn't too intense and has a calm tone, which makes it great for everyday wear.

My usual skin type: Sensitive, dry, with 1-2 inflammatory blemishes before menstruation. 

Wow, I've always been careful with my sensitive skin, checking ingredient lists when buying cushions or foundations. I've never had issues with eyeshadows before, but after applying this one (with a new brush), I looked in the mirror later to find my eyelids red, itchy, and irritated.

Checking the ingredient list, I belatedly noticed it contains phenoxyethanol, which can cause redness, itching, and a tingling sensation. I wish I had seen that earlier.

Additionally, there's an excessive amount of powder fallout.

There are no positive aspects to mention. After applying this product, my eyelids became red, itchy, and swollen. Those with sensitive skin should avoid using it.

Oh boy, the excess powder fallout is pretty intense. Everything else about it is great, but that fallout is a real issue. If it weren't for that, I'd be head over heels for this palette. More people need to know about this gem, despite its one flaw!

I snagged this as soon as the Olive Young sale started! The shades aren't too cool, with a slightly neutral feel, so I think even warm-toned folks could rock this. The shimmer pearls are absolutely gorgeous - they'd be perfect in Holika Holika single shadows! When I apply the matte pearl to my aegyo sal (under-eye area), even I fall in love with the look. Highly recommended!
