Love the pretty packaging, and it feels smooth without being sticky when applied
To get results like in the product photos, you'd need to apply multiple super-thin layers, and I'm not sure that's even enough. If you apply too much at once, it doesn't adhere well and pills up. I was shocked when it started to crack and flake off like yogurt skin after just an hour. The color payoff is pretty weak too, so I feel a bit cheated. It's just a product with nice packaging and not much else going for it...

The Daisy'c Glow Pot has been trending lately. To be honest, I didn't have high expectations before using it, and I'm glad I didn't. I'm not usually a Daisy'c fan, and the price isn't particularly reasonable by my standards. I've always seen it as a feminine brand that reminds me of Cupid. But I received this as a gift and tried a Daisy'c product after a long time! My skin type: 21 deep undertone, muted (doesn't suit high-chroma orange or yellow tones) Colors: 01 Papaya Cream / 09 Sugar Pig The best thing is the variety of colors! With over 10 shades each for warm and cool tones, it's great for matching your personal color and fun to choose from. As I have a warm muted undertone, I got one base and one point color. ๐Ÿงก#Papaya Cream It had more of an orange tint than I expected, making it difficult to use. As high-chroma colors like orange and coral don't suit me, it was quite challenging to use as a base. When I first applied it, it seemed like a subtle beige with a slight coral feel, but it seemed to get brighter as I used it. This shade would be perfect for those with a deep undertone who can pull off orange well. Texture: True to its 'Chewing Glow Pot' name, it has a chewy pudding-like texture. You know those creamy puddings that you eat with a spoon, not the completely jiggly ones? It's exactly like that. The case is also pudding-shaped, so they clearly intended this. It feels like melted lip balm - definitely more viscous than a tint. It's kind of like jam, anyway, the texture is interesting! It has a fluffy feel, but when you press it with the applicator, it's like a jelly you can scoop up.
Apart from the color range, the rest doesn't really suit my style. It's not that this product is particularly bad, it's just that I really don't like pot-type lip products in general. If I had to point out some downsides: โ€ข Terrible staying power While the glow is pretty (as it's a glow product), it's not particularly special compared to other glow products. Like most glow lip products, it has almost no staying power except for the stain - it just disappears after one meal. โ€ข Zero practicality This is just my personal opinion, but even with the brush in the case, it has all the annoying factors - inconvenient, small, and really frustrating. Although it seems they've tried to improve on the drawbacks of traditional pots, if I were to use the cute case as a keyring, I'd probably only use it as a keyring. โ€ข Poor value for money I really don't understand why all these pots are so expensive with so little product. This one is no exception. Especially with this jelly-like texture, you use it up faster. Honestly, I don't think it's worth 16,000 won - it's really small when you see it in person. โ€ข Neither a lip balm nor a tint The texture? It's new and not bad, but that's about it. No particular advantages - it's awkward when applied to the lips, it's moisturizing but not particularly hydrating, and the color payoff isn't great either. It's not even good as a cheek product - it wipes off easily. I think it might be worth buying if you enjoy collecting pretty cosmetics! But if you're looking for practicality or product effectiveness? You'll probably regret buying it.
