To be honest, I didn't have high expectations before using it, and I'm glad I didn't ( ̄^ ̄). I'm not usually a Daisy'c fan, and the price isn't really reasonable by my standards. I've always thought of it as a feminine brand that reminds me of Cupid. But I received this as a gift and tried a Daisy'c product after a long time! Personal: 21 deep undertone muted (doesn't take well to orange, yellow undertones, or high saturation) Color 🤎#SugarPig This was actually the color I was most excited about! I think I bought it just based on this shade from the official website swatches. The verdict? The color is pretty. It's a basic MLBB shade with a bit of added saturation. It's strange and interesting how the color changes slightly each time you apply it. I'd recommend this to neutral or warm muted skin tones! Texture True to its Chewy Glow Pot name, it has a chewy pudding feel. You know those puddings that aren't completely jiggly, but more like a spoonable cream? It's exactly like that (o^^o) The case is also pudding-shaped, so they clearly intended this. It feels like melted lip balm. It definitely has more viscosity than a tint. How to describe it... it's like jam, anyway, the texture is interesting! It has a fluffy feel, but when you press it with the applicator, it's like edible jelly.
ConsApart from the color, the rest isn't really my style. It's not that this product is particularly bad, it's just that I really don't like pot-type lip products in general! If I had to point out some downsides: • Terrible longevity The glow is pretty, as expected from a glow product! But it's not particularly special, just like any other glow product. Glow lip products usually have poor longevity except for the staining effect, and this one's gone after just one meal. • Zero practicality This is just my personal opinion, but even though it comes with a brush in the case, it has all the annoying factors - inconvenient, small, and really frustrating. It does seem like they've tried to improve on the drawbacks of traditional pots. Even if you use the cute case as a keyring, I'd probably only use it as a keyring. • Price to quantity ratio I really don't understand why all these pots are so expensive and have so little product. This one's no exception 😢 Especially with this jelly-like texture, you'll use it up even faster. Honestly, I don't think it's worth 16,000 won. It's really small when you see it in person. • Neither a lip balm nor a tint The texture? It's new and not bad. But that's it. No particular advantages, it's awkward on the lips, it's moisturizing but not really hydrating, the color payoff isn't great... It's not even good as a cheek tint, it comes off easily. I think it might be worth buying if you like collecting pretty cosmetics! But if you're looking for practicality or performance? You'll probably regret buying it.
