The toners I've used so far are much more moisturizing and the moisture lasts longer! It's also great for layering multiple times without any stickiness.

The Hwahae Norskan line seems like I've tried them all. Since I was satisfied with everything, I have faith in the name Hwahae alone. A new product has been released at Olive Young, and I've tried it. The concept of providing moisture like an IV drip was new. I was glad to see the explanation that it helps control dryness for my dehydrated skin. I tried the mini sample first, and even just one application, the effect was immediate!! I can feel my skin becoming more moisturized. It doesn't take a lot of product, so the mini sample lasted quite a while. I'm now using the full-size product, and I'm completely satisfied with no issues.
Cons
I need a large capacity. I think I'll only use this from now on. I'd like to have a large capacity.

I tried the Trouble Line and found it to be too gentle and good, so I bought the Glucose Hydro Essence Toner when it was released, and it was also moisturizing and gentle, which I liked. My skin is sensitive and some ingredients don't suit me, so while it's gentle and works well for others, it doesn't work for me, and I often get breakouts and redness, so I can't use new basic products, but the Patione Noscana Trouble Line and Glucose Toner work really well for me, so I'm using them regularly.
Cons
I usually use it as a toner pack and layer it 2-3 times like an essence, so I use it up quickly. So I thought it would be great if a super large size came out!
Tip
I used a toner pack for about 5-10 minutes, then layered it a few times by hand like an essence. After that, I applied the Pation Noscana Trouble Cream as well, and the tightness I used to feel was completely gone.

I was curious when I heard it was a new product, so I checked it out and saw the word 'dehydrated skin', and thought 'that's me!' so I decided to try it.❤️❤️ My skin is oily, but it sometimes gets dry in spots, and I often feel inner dryness and tightness, but after using it, it really replenished the moisture well and the moisture didn't disappear quickly, which was great.🥵❤️ The texture had a slight viscosity as the name suggests, but it didn't feel heavy on the skin at all.❤️❤️ When I feel a bit dry, I layer it on up to twice, and then my skin just feels so plump and moisturized.

Since I have combination skin, it's dry but also a bit oily. I often get acne and am sensitive to cosmetics, but this toner is incredibly moisturizing and gentle without irritation. It feels like I've finally found an amazing toner after a long time!!

The moisturizing sensation is so intense that words are unnecessary! Although it is an essence toner rather than a water toner, it is quickly absorbed, making it easy to apply lotion or cream right after. (It is so moisturizing that you may not even need an expensive serum) Even though my skin is on the sensitive side, there was no irritation or breakouts when using it.
Cons
At first, the scent was a bit ambiguous, perhaps due to the presence of glucose. However, the scent dissipated quickly, which was fine.
