In the transitional period between spring and summer, when you need a light yet moisturizing cream, this product can provide both soothing and hydrating benefits at the same time. :) Moreover, it does not feel heavy even when applied in two layers. Oily skin may experience a slight increase in sebum production. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinMar 25, 2025
Texture: Light and absorbs well! However, it felt a bit heavy for applying a lot in the morning...!! I prefer a more matte finish, so that's why ㅜㅜ Formulation: Standard cream type Skin type: Super sensitive skin Blemishes: No blemishes appeared during use!! Scent: Seemed unscented, and there was nothing bothersome while applying (I usually use TRD brand, and this felt similar but with a slightly heavier cream texture!) No particular downsides, and the amount was just right!! It doesn't combat deep dryness extremely well...!!! However, it's suitable for those with slightly oily skin :) - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinMar 25, 2025
The cream has a translucent texture with a noticeable balance of hydration and richness - about 70% moisture and 30% oil. For someone like me who tends to have combination dehydrated skin as the weather gets warmer, this product was perfect for daily use. I have super sensitive skin that reacts quickly to incompatible ingredients, but this product's formulation was gentle enough for me. It's not so much a drawback, but when compared to The Lab by ** from Daiso... there wasn't a significant difference that stood out. The Daiso product felt like it had a 60% moisture to 40% oil ratio. So if you're looking for something with a bit more hydration, I'd recommend this product. However, if you're considering value for money, I'd suggest the Daiso option. You might feel the need for more moisturization. In that case, rather than layering the cream twice, it's better to apply an emulsion or another moisturizing cream on top. If you layer it three times as a hydrating mask, your complexion will look incredibly clear and bright the next morning! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinMar 25, 2025
This is a decent soothing cream. As expected from a soothing cream, it has good absorption. It spreads easily with just a small amount, and after application, it gives a hydrated glow that makes your skin look full of moisture. While it might pill a bit if you apply makeup immediately, if you apply it well, you get a nice Inner Glow. The texture feels like a classic soothing cream. It's similar to the popular Torriden formula, but slightly heavier and thicker, which might help you understand the consistency. I didn't experience any blemishes, tingling, or irritation after use, so it seems like a safe choice for most people. However, if you're paying full price, you might find the satisfaction level a bit lacking. I found the hydration level disappointing. While it looks very moisturizing on the surface, my skin still felt dry underneath. Because it felt less hydrating, I ended up reapplying multiple times, but it never quite gave me that deeply hydrated feeling. Also, it didn't seem to lock in moisture well or balance the oil and moisture effectively. By the afternoon, I noticed my skin was oilier than usual, which was frustrating. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinSensitive SkinMar 24, 2025
Partion Glucose Hydro Cream ✔️Scent: It's fragrance-free. I couldn't detect any scent at all. ✔️Application: It applies moistly but doesn't immediately absorb. If you have extremely dry skin, it might sink in right away. For combination dehydrated skin, I recommend applying it before bed. ➕: When applied before sleep, it feels like a sleeping pack, leaving a protective layer by morning. I liked how it kept my skin hydrated even after washing with water in the morning. ➖: It pills if you apply makeup over it during the day... For those with oily skin, I recommend using it in winter. It might feel a bit heavy in summer! As a Hwahae Tester, I'm leaving an honest review. ➖: Not highly recommended for those with oily skin as it's not oil-free! Since it forms a protective layer, it feels slightly more rich than the Laneige Sleeping Mask (blue one)! Apply generously after toner before bed for best results. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinMar 24, 2025
I have combination dehydrated skin - my T-zone gets oily over time while my cheeks stay dry. I recently discovered that niacinamide doesn't agree with my skin! ✔️Texture It's a gel-cream that feels hydrating without being greasy. The finish has a slight tacky coating feel, but it's very subtle. ✔️Absorption It seems to deeply hydrate at first, but I felt a bit of deep dryness after an hour or two. (I tested this product alone, though I usually use serums too.) It might work well as a standalone product in summer. ✔️Blemishes I normally get small bumps during ovulation or from products that don't suit me. Thankfully, this cream maintained my skin's usual condition without making things worse. I've noticed quite a few people like me who can't tolerate niacinamide. It's in almost everything these days - skincare, foundations, cushions - so our options are limited. I'm glad to have found another product that excludes this ingredient! ✔️Finish I have large pores, so the final feel of skincare products is important to me. The glow from this cream is... unique? There's dewy, sticky, and oily shine, but this one seems to emphasize pores a bit. Over time, it does get a bit oily. Usually, the better hydrated your skin is, the slower oil production is. But with this cream, the oil seems to come through surprisingly quickly. Dry skin types might find this sufficient on its own in summer, but it probably won't be enough for other seasons. Oily skin types might find it works year-round though! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 20, 2025
Skin type: Oily T-zone + Combination, Redness, Blackheads 💙 Scent: Fragrance-free Personally, I didn't detect any scent. This could be great for those sensitive to fragrances or who prefer unscented products! 💙 Texture: Slightly viscous and moisturizing It doesn't feel sticky when applied. However, it does leave a slightly oily finish on the face. The texture has a bit more body than a watery consistency. 💙 Blemishes: None occurred I was worried about breakouts due to the oily finish, but I didn't experience any acne or other blemishes. 💙 Positive effects: Maintains skin hydration My skin type is oily in the T-zone but dry on the cheeks, so after washing my face, I used to feel a tight sensation, especially on my cheeks. After using this product post-cleansing, it kept my skin consistently moisturized and resolved the tightness and dead skin cells caused by dryness. 💗 It might be a bit heavy for those with oily skin. 💗 The skin becomes oily over time. 💗 The screw-top lid is slightly inconvenient. A flip-top would be better.
