As someone with sensitive and dry skin, I typically layer my toner three times. I used to use the Wellage Hyper Ampoule, and this product feels similarly hydrating. However, I was surprised that there wasn't any tingling sensation at all. At first, I thought I might have applied too much, so I reduced the amount, but still no tingling. - My skin reacted badly after using this product... I was in the middle of overcoming seasonal skin changes and focusing on texture management when I started using this. My cheeks broke out.
