While it may not feel extraordinarily better than other products, it's definitely moisturizing. It doesn't feel heavy when applying, and it goes on smoothly like a hydrating sunscreen. Recommended for: Those with dry skin - can be used for a hydrating effect. 3. Coverage: I'm not entirely sure. It seems to have less pilling and provides adequate coverage, but it's not significantly better compared to other products. 4. Darkening and breakdown: Oh no, it breaks down too easily! At first, it applies naturally and matches my 23 shade perfectly. It doesn't necessarily brighten the complexion, just matches the 23 shade. However, after some time, you wouldn't think I'd applied cushion makeup. It becomes patchy, and the nose area is almost completely rubbed off. I have combination skin and dark complexion that doesn't usually break out, but right after using this product, I got a huge blemish on my cheek. I think this product just doesn't suit my skin type.
